Morning stomach ache

Do you suffer from bad stomach ache in the morning? When you wake up, weather it's on a sunny summer holiday morning or a usual work day, you want to be rested and ready for the day. When you wake up with bad stomach ache, it's important that you try to collect power. This way, your body will recover faster. Try to eat at least something, even if it makes you feel sick. Try not to eat too late at night, even if you work late or for some other reason don't get the possibility to eat at ordinary dinner time. Your stomach works better during daytime when your body is in movement; this helps the bowel activities. If you don't get any opportunity to eat until late at night almost before you're going to sleep, try to eat something light that you stomach can easily digest. Eating heavy food or fast food late at night is the worst you can do if you easily get bad stomach ache or morning stomach ache.

Some people experience bad stomach ache after eating breakfast in the morning. This could be because they are stresses, because the stomach isn't ready to deal with food yet or because you eat food that's hard to digest. If you sleep bad, you may also get bad stomach ache in the morning. A good nights sleep will do both your body and your mind a big favor. You'll think clearer during the day, be stronger and also look better and more alert.

If you set your alarm clock to ring late and snoozes for long, your body won't get the time to really wake up before your day filled with various activities starts.
